Kimmie Hoch

Kimmie Hoch inspires eye care and healthcare professionals to live a better life at work through transformational leadership, communications, and fostering “stepping into the awkward.”

“The ability to step into the awkward space of difficult conversations and create a safe place for open and honest communications – that is the true catalyst for great relationships. These important human relations lead to overwhelming success in any organization”.

An inspirational, energetic, executive leader of over 30 years in the eyecare industry, Kimmie uses her life experience of successful implementation of the Fish Philosophy, to engage audiences. She will invite you to “see” what’s possible and with positive and uplifting stories that were born from her glass is always half full philosophy. Sharing her learned tips and tricks while utilizing fish firsthand with her teams will provide quick wins to take back.

Under Kimmie’s leadership as Executive Vice President of Operations, Novus Clinic Total Eyecare saw a complete transformation of culture leading her to numerous speaking engagements across the U.S. sharing her success story and helping others to do the same.

Most recently, Kimmie’s passion for transformational and innovative leadership led her to be Eyecare Partners Innovator of the Year in 2022 and the National Sales and Marketing Association’s Accent on Excellence award recipient in 2019.

She lives in the Buckeye State and enjoys spending time with her husband of 31 years, Mike, daughter Kaitlyn – also an eyecare leader, and son Christian, her unofficial, personal pilot.

Her best days out of the office include the beach, boating, hiking, walking her German shepherd, Shadow, and teaching group fitness classes.

When the weight of serving others in healthcare is heavy, lean into experienced leadership to help your team thrive.
